The PTM Fitness Minimal Equipment plan is designed for those that have either dumbbells or kettlebells available to use but feel they need guidance.  If you have avoided these pieces of equipment then this plan will give you top tips, tricks and exercises on how to incorporate them into a fitness programme. The equipment is not included in the price.

The Butt And Back Plan. As stated in the title, this workout pack specifically targets your back and butt, though other areas of the body naturally come into play.
